This Form was created using The Hive, a Customer Relationship Management CRM tool provided by SABIS Educational Services S.A.L. (SES LEB) and operated by the School. The data collected from this Form will be stored in the School's designated database on Microsoft Azure. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) has been implemented to ensure data security, allowing access only to authorized personnel from the School. This access control also applies to authorized employees from SES LEB, who may need to access the personal data at the School's request for technical support.

The personal data collected through this Form will be processed by the School solely for the purpose for which it was collected. Additionally, it may be transferred to the School's local servers.

The retention periods for the personal data collected through this Form are as follows:

Admission Interest: Personal data will be retained until August 1 of the academic year of interest.
Event-Related Forms: Personal data will be retained for 10 days after the event.
Parent Data: Personal data will be retained as long as the student is enrolled and will be deleted one year after the student leaves the School.
